He has served as the General Manager of Panera Bread and Atria’s Restaurant & Tavern. Adams loves his job because he enjoys working with people. His passion for great service and wonderful food is translated into his ability to be a great manager. Adams says his favorite food, is all food!

Connie Porter has over 25 years experience in hospitality industry. She has served as the Food and Beverage Supervisor for Sheraton Hotels, Corporate Trainer for Fox and Hound restaurants and as a certified trainer for the House of Blues. Porter loves her job because she enjoys working with people and meeting new people everyday. Porter is a fan of all food!

Amy Woodward has over 20 years of experiences in the hospitality industry. She has served as the Chef of Trifle Café and Catering as well as the Chef De Cuisine of Firefly. She loves her job because she likes to make people happy by feeding them something delicious and beautifully presented. She also enjoys working with people in a fun, relaxed atmosphere. Woodward has a fondness for sweets like chocolate and ice cream but doesn’t like mustard.
